Abuse of power reached a new low at the hand of Chairman

Ann Donaghey, Christine Smith Noah, LaCreda Daugomah, Marilyn Threlkeld, Mary Pat Clark all came to the Caddo complex today, June 3, 2003 for the duly called council meeting. The other two council members, who as reported earlier on this site as "being there every day since the Chupp firing, were oddly not present. Your chairman would not come out of her office! Hiding? Mary Pat went to talk to LaRue. The chairman said she was sorry but her staff had not notified the council of the cancellation of the meeting. She said there would be no meetings until after the election! It seems the only council members that were notified were LaRue's friends our Vice Chair Joyce Hinse and OKC Rep. Francis Kodaseet. Strange right? The council went in to the chairman's office where Ann Donaghey stood up to the chair. She asked why aren't you having this meeting? The chair answered to the effect that there were petitions out there to fire a lot of people and she was not going to have any meetings until the election was over. She implied that the council was under pressure on this thing so no more meetings! Christine Noah, stood up to the chairman. She said you called this meeting. We are all here ( a quorum being 5) so let's have our meeting. The chairman flatly refused and she told the council to "get out"!!! Ms. Noah sited the constitution as to the clause covering meetings. The chairman said Ms. Noah did not know the constitution! Ms. Noah sited the constitution, article and section to her there and then. The council returned to the council room where Ms. Noah hand wrote a letter demanding a meeting in the prescribed time as per the constitution. All present council members signed this letter and presented it to the chairman. The chairman yelled at the council members and some of them yelled back in return. She apparently made sure that her employees could hear all this (a tactic used by LaRue in every case heretofore to keep "her people" fired up). She carried the attack on the council a second time into the doorway of the council room where the council was still sitting. She was yelling that the council should "get out", in yet another attack and that no one knew the constitution, but that she (Parker) did! Ms. Noah then told her to shut up! This is a synopsis of what happened. There was more said but this is the upshot and factual as reported to me. This is what this chairman has done to your Caddo government! She has ordered the people that you elected to get out of the Caddo seat of government. This is the ultimate abuse of power by calling off meetings for her own personal and political gain. There are no petitions out there to remove anyone but Larue Martin Parker and she knows it. She herself has started that rumor about other petitions to rally support from her employees. Be advised employees she is using you. There are no petitions!!!!!!! Caddos, to order our Caddo council to "get out!!!!!!!!" is the end. She must be removed. She has clearly fallen. She is the one that must "get out" and today. Caddos, let us hear from you. Our council must hear from you. Their e-mail is council@caddonation.-nsn.gov . One note of caution. There is only one e-mail for all 7 of the council so you cannot be sure your rep gets it. It might be intercepted by Hinse or Kodaseet, so be advised! They were seen approaching by the parties involved. Ms. Patricia Leehimious, candidate for hearing board 2003, was present apparently at Parker's request. Ms. Leehmious was asking if her mother who is running against Christine Noah as Binger Rep had arrived yet? It was completely inappropriate for the police and Ms. Leehmious to have been involved!
